- Preserve typing during automatic layout correction: queue key presses and releases until replacement, clipboard restoration and layout switching finish. Preserve modifiers and Backspace; collapse temporary selection before replay when a correction is rejected.
- Add My dictionary fields for English, Ukrainian and Russian in Auto-correction options. Enter correct words separated by commas or new lines; save them with settings without editing dictionary files, sorting entries or assigning ranks.
- Accept unsorted dictionary files and duplicate entries, retaining the lowest rank for duplicates. Include Ukrainian

Validation
Native regression checks cover personal words, settings persistence, language validation, dictionary ordering and duplicate ranks. Input/UI checks cover personal-word entry and normalization. Native editor integration covers typing with Shift and Backspace during successful and rejected corrections. Release checks also cover screenshot UI, isolated notification registration and updater validation.
Upgrade: choose Update in the tray menu. Legacy v0.3.0–v0.4.1 clients first receive the v0.4.2 compatibility bridge, then the current full release. v0.2.3 and earlier require manual installation.

- Show automatic update announcements using the same native Windows notification channel as screenshots. Review update opens the update check and confirmation; Later dismisses the notification.
- Retry notification delivery after five minutes if Windows rejects it, and log update checks and delivery results. Successfully submitted notifications are deduplicated for the current version during the running session.
- Fix Settings flicker when using the mouse wheel: skip layout work at scroll boundaries, move only changed controls in one batch, and avoid erasing the entire window background.

- Recognize clipboard images automatically in a background worker, including older images without OCR. Save recognized text encrypted alongside the original image and search it without rerunning OCR.
- Keep clipboard capture, previews and OCR from delaying history search. Skip unnecessary image-payload reads; ignore superseded search results.
- Add optional Tesseract 5 support in Settings → OCR options, with automatic installation detection, executable selection, combined languages such as ukr+eng+rus, installation validation and a Download Tesseract button linking to the Windows installer page. Windows OCR remains the default; no downloads are automatic.
- Refresh cached image text when the OCR engine or languages change. Reuse OCR for Copy text from image; preserve the clipboard during automatic recognition.
- Start the screenshot editor with Pencil / Freehand (F). Pointer remains available with V.

Native Windows OCR and optional Tesseract tests verify background recognition, encrypted persistence, unchanged clipboard, mixed Ukrainian/English text, and engine-cache migration. - Add Pointer (V) as the initial editor tool. Select and move objects, edit geometry and thickness with handles, and clear selection by clicking empty space. Pointer never creates objects on empty space.
- Preserve Ctrl+drag for drawing over existing objects and automatically linking connector endpoints. Add clearer Ctrl hints to the Arrow and Straight line buttons and status bar.
- Fix new standalone text inheriting the angle of an arrow caption. New text reuses typography only and starts horizontally; editing existing rotated text preserves its own angle.

- Preserve endpoint links when selecting a connector or adding/editing its caption through double-click, F2 or the caption button. A click without movement no longer detaches the connector.
- Attach arrow and line endpoints to rectangles, circles, ellipses, text blocks, other arrows/lines, and freehand/highlight strokes, in addition to numbered markers.
- Keep attachments aligned as targets move or resize; text attachments also follow rotation. Arrow-to-arrow chains resolve in dependency order.
- Preserve links through Undo/Redo. Deleted targets leave endpoints at their last position; clones start without links. Self-links and circular dependencies are rejected.
Usage
Drop a connector endpoint onto the target. Use Ctrl+drag to start a new connector over an existing object. Moving a whole connector detaches both of its endpoints; dragging one endpoint detaches only that end.

- Hide the fullscreen selection before submitting screenshot notifications when Open editor after screen capture is disabled. Previously the overlay remained visible during submission, which could suppress banners under Windows fullscreen notification rules.
- Use capture → notification → click → editor by default. Automatic editor opening is now off by default; existing saved preferences are preserved.
- Keep the editor fallback for immediate notification errors.
- Check for updates in the background every 6 hours after the startup check. Notify once per version per session, retry after network failures at the next interval, and install only after confirmation.

Update to 0.6.3 and disable Open editor after screen capture if it was previously enabled. With Do Not Disturb off, take a screenshot and check that a banner appears and clicking it opens the editor. Banner behavior on the affected laptop is still awaiting confirmation. Windows notification suppression settings remain respected; asynchronous toast failures are not yet monitored.

- Add Open editor after screen capture, enabled by default and configurable in Settings. The preference applies to every new capture, including while other editors remain open.
- When automatic opening is disabled, use the notification to open the editor. Immediate notification errors still open the editor as a fallback.

- Fix clipboard history row heights after DPI changes.

Known limits
Successful notification submission does not guarantee a visible Windows banner. Asynchronous toast failures are not yet monitored; the reported missing-banner issue on another PC is not confirmed resolved. A physical transition between monitors with different DPI has not been tested.

Clipboard history now defaults to Win+V for new settings, opening KSwitcher's history instead of Windows clipboard history while KSwitcher is running.
Existing saved shortcuts are preserved. To change an existing installation, open Settings → Clipboard history, press Win+V, and save. Text conversion behavior is unchanged.
The wiki is now available in English and Ukrainian, with a language switch on every page, screenshots, and a latest-release download link.
Update using the built-in updater, or extract the complete ZIP. v0.4.1 and older first update to the compatible v0.4.2 bridge, then check again for the latest release.

Стандартний хоткей історії буфера для нових налаштувань — Win+V. Поки KSwitcher працює, ця комбінація відкриває його історію замість системної.
Раніше збережені хоткеї залишаються без змін. Щоб змінити комбінацію, відкрийте Settings → Clipboard history, натисніть Win+V і збережіть налаштування. Поведінка конвертації тексту не змінювалася.
Wiki тепер доступна англійською та українською: на кожній сторінці є перемикач мови, посилання на останній реліз, а в посібниках — скріншоти.
Оновлюйтеся через вбудований механізм або розпакуйте весь ZIP. Версії v0.4.1 і старіші спочатку оновлюються до сумісної v0.4.2, після чого потрібно перевірити оновлення повторно.
