Summary

  • Normalize email templates into service, language catalog, definition, and translation records with a conflict-safe migration and scoped admin editor.
  • Add revision-guarded REST management for services, language catalogs, complete template definitions, and email channels.
  • Improve admin navigation, tables, deletion confirmations, empty states, and rendered HTML preview height.

Validation

  • Solution build succeeded.
  • 148 tests passed (32 service/worker and 116 integration).
  • Cognitive complexity audit: 215 members, maximum 8 (threshold 10).
  • Desktop and 390/320 px browser checks passed for affected administration flows.
  • Separate code review passed with no actionable findings.

Contains only commits 81654c0d33a4f40dc5a9d658ee97c5ecef9df47a and 8e8157238602a7807f1e83de86dc3d1d22596d15 for IT-1601. The canceled syntax-highlighting experiment is excluded. Local development data imported through REST is not part of this PR.
