Missing Windows layouts stay saved and are skipped during switching, with global-cycle fallback if none are installed. Keep this PC's layouts preserves the global cycle and shortcuts while chat profiles still synchronize. Downloading a pre-v0.6.53 profile preserves existing chat profiles.
