- consolidate IEntity into Entity.cs, remove standalone IEntity.cs

- adjust all namespaces to HrynCo.DAL.Abstract / HrynCo.DAL.EF
- add README.md with solution overview, versioning rules, class diagram
- add AGENTS.md
